The much-anticipated "Time to Time" CD by Onyx Brass and Mark Stone has now been released by Meridian records. The disc features music by Ives, Copland and Barber as well as new music by Stuart MacRae, Joe Duddell and Tim Jackson. The baritone voice of Mark Stone also features on a number of tracks with brass quintet accompaniment in some new, beautiful arrangements.

Onyx's first CD "Trisagion" was released to critical acclaim in 1998, and featured compositions by 20th Century British Composers including John Tavener and John White.
Their second recording "Pavans Fantasias Variations" was released in April 2002 and includes music by John Dowland, Steve Martland, Michael Berkeley and Elliot Carter.
The quintet’s third CD “Fugue” released in June 2008 pairs the amazing fugues of both Bach and Shostakovich. All recordings feature music composed or transcribed by the group`s composer-in-association since 1998, Timothy Jackson. Click here to read reviews of “Fugue”
